Friday dinner!
16 oz New York with a pan cracked pepper corn cream sauce with sautéed onions red and green peppers and mushrooms in beef stock. Low carb treat, well the Boundary Bay IPA isn't but hey, its a treat!!

if it was a ribeye, I'd agree about the sauce....but with a strip....sauce away....

Everything about that meal looks awesome to me, but I would probably only eat a few of the peppers........not my favorite thing.
