Either them or those darned Quakers.
Or it could be the Lutherans. You know how they are.

No problem. I'll send my GF's father, an ex Belfast protestant cop to get them.

Suspect in shooting of 2 Mounties in St. Albert, Alta., located - Edmonton - CBC News

Apparently the perp had stolen a car. Last I heard he was on a golf course being pursued.

Yep, may be that this is just a run of the mill bad guy and not a T-word.

One RCMP is in grave condition and the other in stable but serious condition.

The shooter has been found in a house dead.

Why is Alberta an RCMP killing ground, in your opinion, Guy?
What 15 or 20 murdered since the 1990's?

Good question.
Do the RCMP wear flak jackets on a routine investigation?
I do not know. The element of surprise can be deadly.

The same with Mayerthorpe several years ago. The shooter took out 4 RCMP in a barn he was hiding in.

If you are a leo do you draw your gun every time you apprehend somebody?

A tough occupation to be in.

Guy.

Very sad: Please show your support for the family, friends, and colleagues of Cst. David Matthew Wynn who died in an Edmonton hospital this morning from a gunshot wound to the head. Rest Peacefully Brother!
