How about boxing? It is "fencing with your fists" it isn't as popular as it used to be but Olympic boxing is an honest sport requiring tremendous hand eye coordination, balance, rhythm, endurance and strength.

Since I've seen one plug for ATA Taekwondo, I will mention that there are plenty of World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) schools. Most are run by Korean masters. My daughter achieved 1st degree Black belt before the demands of high school and school band became too much. I am a second degree black belt and continue to train with the teens and adults.
Many schools offer a great social atmosphere, teach the values of focus, respect, consistency, leadership, etc., and offer sufficiently challenging physical training. At our school, we also have a hapkido class that offers a greater focus on self defense. One of the things that I have enjoyed about a WTF school is the insight that I have gained into Korean culture. In that regards, we have had a great cultural exchange in both directions over my 5 or 6 years.
