The Meanest, Baddest Looking American Muscle Car

Gentlemen,

Pushing 50 in a couple of years and canīt handle it, as it were. I am contemplating (not a career change this time, mind you..) getting a bad boy summer car. Cruising the streets with leather jacket and sunglasses.

Well, perhaps not the whole package, but

I would like a truly ominous, bad MF, looking American muscle car. Particularly with a front end that looks really powerful and mean, almost scary. I need it to be a V8 of course, with a cruel sound. Black color preferably. Regular car model. Not a big SUV or anything like that. I suppose I am looking at the 60ī, 70ī or there abouts.

Please let me know what suggestions you have in mind.

Edit: I know what you are thinking..

For cruising Swedish Summer Nights? What is that, like three days?

Here's my suggestion and it looks like the photo was taken in Sweden on a summer day....

The heck with old, go new school challenger!! I have been an old school Guy my whole life and been an air cooled Porsche Guy also forever. Thats what I would stick with old school. New school has the power, looks and comfort with far superior driveabilty and breaking. Here is my car when it had 1000 mis on it. Currently running on pump gas and will smolder the tires!!! Top speed 190mph

My dream car (at least one of them) would be:

1967 Corvette , 427 tri-power w/ Muncie (rock crusher) 4 speed. Stinger hood, yellow w/ black interior.

Others:

1969 Boss Mustang - best looking IMO.
1967 Plymouth Satilite - 383 w/ torquefilte
1970 Camaro RS/SS

I agree it would have to be a 69/70 mustang with the sports roof and hood scoop, boss or boss clone.
