Mayweather, the numbers have it

Boring fight...yawn

And boxing is dead...

The hipsters try to be ironic and flood twitter with pacquiao as the winner, but even if you reversed the scores, it was still boring...

Extremely disappointing.

Mayweather, way to totally shine on the fans.

fight sucked, he just danced the whole time.

honestly neither of them were looking to get after it.

New Boxing rules:

Purse 100 million ( any number will do)

80 to winner 20 to loser

Then we will see a real fight.

It was Mayweather's gig. He was the promoter. No motivation to fight. It was going to suck no matter what.

I'm glad I didn't pay for that, but I just watched 3 of the most boring fights I have ever seen. No wonder UFC has taken over.

My issue is it not being on regular TV. And I don't mean cable. I mean like on ABC, CBS, or NBC. Something you can watch with rabbit ears.

I figured FM would come out on top. I'll watch the rerun.
My opinion.......
I've watch many of his matches and I'd say that Mayweather is a gifted boxer...quick hands and exceptional defense.
I really enjoy watching him.
I'd say he's at least, if not more gifted in both areas as was Alli...and I'm an admirer of Ali's style.

Since when is running in circles backwards an 'exceptional defense'?

Right there with hanging on the ropes for 10+ rounds with your arms up taking blow after blow until your opponent is worn out then you throw a cross and knock him down...

Have you watched many of his fights? Did you see his fight with Oscar de la Hoya?

The first three rounds were okay, then Mayweather knew what he had to do, and his dancing away got boring real fast.

The best boxing match I've seen in quite a while was just a few weeks ago, very evenly matched (and called a draw) but the contrasting styles were mesmerizing to watch.
