ID this wheel
 

My wife's Yukon.

Went to get tires and turns out one of the wheels may have had something stuck between the brake drum and wheel face so 3 of the lug holes are warbled.

Need to replace just the one rim but no clue who makes it.

Barring that I'll have to get it tig welded and re-drilled which will cost as much if not more than the thing is worth.

Anyone recognize it?

And no, there are no manufacturers' marks or other clues or I would not be asking.
