My 9mm verses a Hornets Nest
:D Grins. :D
Here's a short little 1 minute Video of my Smith and Wesson 9mm verses a huge nest of attacking zombie apocalyptic hornets. I swear it was self defense!!! nah. The hornets nest was growing under a spinning target in my back yard gun range anyways, so that makes them fair game right? Hint: For you shooter plinkers, great spinning targets are two 1 gallon paint cans, balanced on a old fishing pole rod. Fill with yellow insulation expando foam to get more ballistic bullet impacting energy to spin more. Super fun with a 9mm, or .22.............with or without Hornets. :) https://vimeo.com/130597562 |
jeez..
that is a scary hornets nest!! how far were you? i would have been much much further..and there would have been fire..maybe bombs..bombs AND fire. |
How dare you harm those precious animals?
|
wait..that is your backyard?
awesome...my backyard? i'd be in jail. :D |
Do you make house calls?
|
That's a lot of hornets! No thanks!
|

That was cool.

That looks like fun. Now that you have softened them up, I am picturing a Mossberg 500 for the next attack.
|
Cool idea but I would have used my 7mmRemMag, just because I could have shot them from -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------> Way over there
|
Seems like going at night with a heavy duty plastic trash bag would have been more effective

YES, they're rebuilding the nest like active little beavers..........well hornets anyways. I'm torn between a shot-gun, or my black powder cannon...........hmmmmmm such choices. :) |

That video was better than 90% of the crap I see on TV or the Web. Clearly defined antagonist/protagonist, easy to follow story arc, production quality was great....hell, it even had a nice score.
Two thumbs up! |
Next time let's see hornet nest vs. grenade.
