Driving WAY to fast for conditions. The poor car was destroyed by someone that does not understand the concept of hydroplaning.

Wow.

Good tires, mused Bob. But certainly not great tires.

Tobra 06-19-2015 12:59 PM

Yeah, but they don't fly worth a damn

Brando 06-19-2015 01:31 PM

Ah... i have been wondering how to get the tires off the wheels while in motion.

chocolatelab 06-19-2015 02:32 PM

that was awesome!

Holy smokes.

How can you even tell if the guy was going to fast?

dennis in se pa 06-19-2015 02:34 PM

Someone will blame that on the weather.
And how do we know the Cayman is tough? We don't see the end result.

The story said the driver survived....though I imagine he wasn't feeling so well..

When your skinny jeans are too tight, they cut off circulation to your brain.

Needs more work on holding his Venditi vendati while texting. Wonder if he spilled it?

Exactly, and I'm sure his insurance company is loving the video.

Unless, of course, he was driving it like that because he stole it.

Noah930 06-19-2015 08:14 PM

Glad to hear the driver survived.

Hope his dad has a kick a## set of tools at home.

I'd hardly say the Cayman is tough based on that vid. It was utterly destroyed.

I thought all cars explode when they get airborne?

I don't know of any that do. But almost all do upon landing, as they are designed that way - it is better for the energy to dissipate through scattering plastic parts than it is for it to go thru human tissue. Cars are safer this way than they have ever been.

(I'm guessing you were tongue squarely in cheek)

James Brown 06-20-2015 10:01 PM

yes the 4 weight-off-the-wheel switches ignite the fuel tank all the time.
