Nice little/big Harley

Saw this neat little hog at a local rally downtown today. Neat gas gauge. Nice big twin motor.

Cool. A lot of personal style and setup choices to make it the ultimate ride for that owner.

Looks like a freebie put together with a bunch of parts laying around. I kind of like it, but, man, substituting rear shocks with steel bars is for men more manly then me, I guess.

Um... yeah... I like Harley's... Harley café racers... Harley flat trackers... tricked out Harley choppers... Harley baggers....

That thing? Not so much...

But as they say "whatever floats you boat"

If I were going to do a Harley this is what I would ride,

Speaking of flat tracker:

An oldie but goodie:

Easy way to tell: Sporty final drive on the throttle side; big twin on the clutch side.

This one started out as a low rider.

I like it. Maybe it's just me.

Some more pics from todays rally: Caution may have non-Harley content:

Got some pics from the topless bar, but I know you guys wouldn't care for that,
so..... (also my wife deleted them)

Nice.
Does Harley make bikes these days with this high sitting position?...all I see around are the low-slung seaters where you have to reach up and forward.
Makes my back hurt just looking at them.

Looks like a highly customized 883 sportster. That chain drive conversion is an eye sore, and half arsed... Needs a Eric Buell racing tensioner.

I've noticed that ape-hangers are making a big comeback lately.

I'm not a big Harley guy, but if I was to be given one tomorrow, it would be a Sportster 48. Love 'em.
