Yeah I always get my political viewpoints from celebrities with a vested interest in saying outlandish things in order to keep themselves relevant. That's a good idea.

Seriously - I want athletes to be athletic. I want entertainers to entertain. STFU about your political beliefs. I don't give a fig. Opinions are like azzholez - everyone has one.

I don't really care who endorses whomever anyway. I can make up my mind for myself and don't need anyone else to do it for me - least of all some "celebrity" musician, TV show actor or pro athlete.

What worries me more in this thread is that I now realize there is a Pelican called "cashman".
I'm concerned that may be cutting into my brand identity.

It could cause confusion if I make a run for President in 2020.

You could change your Pelican name to cashregister or maybe ca$hregister. Then, you'll be well aligned with the political class and their benefactors.

Redbeard keeps claiming he will run, but I have yet to see his name on an FEC Form 2 application. Although we do have such esteemed potential contenders as:

NUTS, BOFA DEEZ
NUTS, CEEDEEZ
NUTS, DEEZ
NUTZ, DEEZ W.
and
NUTZ, HOLD MA

2016 Presidential Form 2 Filers

That's a good story, but Cashflyer has this in his quiver:

Why shouldn't a Super Star athlete endorse a Reality Show celebrity host for President? Makes perfect sense for a nation that is living in an Alice In Wonderland world.
