Dean Martin had a good drunk impression as well. Foster was a funny man.
Of course now days is is not PC to make fun of people with chemical addictions. They are actually victims, bla bla bla.

We have lots of Pelicans that can play drunks better than Foster but, none of them are acting.
Cosby (yeah, I know) did a great sketch about being drunk on his video Cosby, Himself. Red Skelton did a great skit about "Guzzlers Gin" ("schmooove")
