"Wait till she sees what shrunk" HAHAHA |
OK, if you can suspend your sensitivity, and look at it as a joke, that's pretty funny.

I wonder how they'd like it if he went in an Asian and came out white?

What's the most 'racist' are all of the comments of hand-wringing ninnies so very happy to be Oh-fended. Those people need to lighten up. ...so to speak. Wait, was that Oh-fensive? Anyway, making fun of skin tone is not going to bring back slavery. People whom scornfully demand that this is a racial piņata (needing to be busted open) need to put down the stick and take off their PC blindfold. |

Horrible puns, witless plays on words....good god, boy, you're not even a clever redneck. It has to sting when no one chuckles around the virtual clan rally. |
There are over 1 billion people in China - I don't know how many have TVs but that might be the majority view of the country. What does that say their view on race. Black today, white tomorrow.
OR do the Chinese have a different sense of humor??? I seem not to think so. |

I've read something to the effect that there is no such thing as irony in the Chinese language or culture; if true, that would be very strange. They are certainly not known for giving the world any great comedy. As a society, unfortunately they are quite racist. This commercial could have been made in the U.S. in about 1915, when Birth of a Nation and pikininies were the rage. Other than that, it's a great place. |

The commercial is not particularly cleaver but it is designed to provoke a response.
So what's the message? * Chinese women prefer Chinese men. (Not so bad really) * Black people are dirty because if you use the right soap you can wash the black off them. (Overtly racist) It's certainly racist. Should people be offended? I'm not but I'm also not black. |
I love it. The more it offends, the better. Fortunately, PC hasn't overtaken Mainland China yet.

Yeah, too bad pickup trucks are so uncommon in the PRC.

They could use one of their hooptie vans, same-same. And I'm sure they have trees to hang a rope from. No PC crap for those guys.
