Tech: The stats show that as Gun sales have gone up, crime has gone down (1990 to now).

While there may not be a correlation between the two, it does show that there is no causation of more guns means more crime.

That's what I think, a very conflicted, closet gay guy, who's father and religion does not condone his sexuality and released his rage by killing the people who's lifestyle he desired and secretly and not so secretly wanted. By killing them and himself he found favor with his dad saying it was in the name of god.

Using this Obama/Trump approach of punishing all gun owners and Muslims for the acts of a few crazy people will hurt more people then it will solve anything.

Intentionally importing 100 unvetted middle easterners each day as we do now really doesn't seem much like a solution either.

I really doubt allowing middle eastern immigrants into this country is being toted by any one as a solution, your drawing a connection that nobody else has, including me.
If any thing people think not allowing them in is a solution/answer like out lawing 'assault rifles' is a solution/answer.
We could have implemented both those "solutions" and this still would have happed in Orlando.

Obviously we really are not too concerned about Islamic terrorism if they are bringing tens of thousands unvetted immigrants from the worst terrorist area in the world.

While it may not have helped in Orlando, it may have prevented the next one. This was not the first, nor will it be the last.

The real answer was to eliminate ISIS in 2014 when they rolled into Iraq...but they were the "JV team". Our future problems with ISIS were pretty predictable then.
