Girl w the dragon tattoo

The Swedish version. What a movie!!!

It's long. It's taking me multiple sessions to finish it. So much better than the more recent Daniel Craig version.

Agreed! Much better.

Yes!
Think it was on Netflix many moons ago. The English version is on there now.

Yes, great story. Thoroughly enjoyed the books.

The swedes did all three of the books as movies and they were all excellent. The US version stunk by comparison.

Scandinavian movies are awesome:

Headhunters
King of Devil's Island
Troll Hunter
Rare Exports

Watch the sequels if you can. The girl who played with fire 2:09:00 and The Girl who Kicked the Hornets Nest 2:27:00

There is supposedly a 4th script but his long time gf has it and she is fighting with the authors family who inherited his estate instead of her.

Oh, the original Swedish mini-series "Millenium" rocks...

For those that didn't realize, all 3 movies were originally scripted/shot as 6x90 minute TV episodes - and the Swedish "Girl" theatrical releases were just edited versions of the mini-series.

TGWPWF, for example, at 2:09, lost almost an hour of footage - and the other two films lost ~30 minutes apiece in editing.

I'd like to see them with the missing footage. :)

I was fortunate to read the book before seeing any of the movies. The book is awesome. The Swedish movie is good, the US movie is meh ...

I should read more. One day ...
