A Mercedes SUV you will enjoy

Today I went to visit the facilities of the Spanish Royal Guards for a military event.

Before the ceremony they showed us around and had the opportunity to check out their Mercedes-Benz G4 from 1939. It is a 6x4 and was a present from Hitler to our dictactor Franco when he was trying to convince him to join the Axis powers in WWII.

The build quality is amazing. They told us it has really low miles and is one of the 4 or 5 surviving examples and the only one without extensive restoration.

I am not a Mercedes guy but I would not mind driving it

But it's laughable how much they tilted the camera in those shots to exaggerate the grades!
