Then it should not be an issue unless the service they are using has a bad reputation or lacks features like spam scoring prior to sending which means they should dump that service.
A reputable service will have outbound spam checks to alert the sender that what they've created is too spammy and won't allow it to be sent until fixed.
Legitimate services make their money off ALL their clients and it does them no good to have their IP's blacklisted for abuse.
The inclusion of sigs, IMHO, is stupid, sometimes necessary but comes at a price.
One of my partners is a PR firm. Every release / alert, and they send a ton, has someones direct contact info and they still ask "why do we get so much spam":rolleyes:
