I do but I've always been hopeless when it comes to writing and I struggled with English in high school.
It just didn't interest me at the time. Looking back I should have done better.

And now my job requires me to write complex emails to people in India, Malaysia and China. I proof read those a few times before sending.
The really important ones I keep in drafts and re read several times before sending.

Even though I proof read my posts, I will often edit them after they are up.
I can seem messed up enough without errors.

I rewrite many of them. My laptop is old and some of the buttons don't work properly.

I do, yes. I'll often go back and edit a post three or four times (depending on how long) to fix any spelling or punctuation mistakes. Often, if I'm posting from my phone, the auto-correct will misinterpret something and replace with a word that makes no sense. However, despite attempts to be accurate, I still get schooled by the grammar elite.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no.

The longer the post, the more likely I am to reread a time or two before posting.

Always, I'm a stickler for proper spelling. Give me a brake.

I still have terrible speeling and self control.
I get halfway through a sentence, then am constantly going back to correct it mid-thought.
Awful keyboard doesn't help.
Then the ADD kicks in and I lose track of the gist of my entire thought train.
Paragraph structures are often run-together, broken up, or not complete to the original intention.

I'm trying to experiment on typing everything in a stream of consciousness first, then spell correct after.

My habit is to just write down what I want to say because professionally I always have an editor and a copy editor to go over my stuff. But here there is no backup, so I'm more careful with spelling and grammar.
