Andy Warhol was right. Everybody will be famous for 15 minutes. Here's the story of "Bubb Rubb" the internet's latest version of "tourist guy atop the WTC...

A tv station in California (KRON) did a story about car whistles, which make noise via a welded bit in the exhaust. The reporter interviewed Mr. "Bubb Rubb" and got his opinions, as well as those from "Li'l Sis" and a few other folks. Mr. Rubb's comments are funny, to say the least, and have spawned countless others to produce even FUNNIER bits about the whole episode.
