is the answer 67?
|
Note the clock face in the last row shows 2 not 3 as the ones above
Best Les |
I got 38??
|
I got 67 as well. multi shape is 15, banana is 4 and clock is 3 I believe.
|
?? = 10, since the 3 o'clock = 3, and assuming the 2 o'clock = 2.
Edit: I completely missed the multiplication by the penta/hexagon symbol in the last equation. And the three bananas vs. the earlier four. I need more coffee. ?? = 38, like the others said. |
The first line is a total of sides, so 45, 15 lines each.
Second line number of bananas plus the total of sides, 23 Third line, number of bananas plus time, so 10 Fourth line, time plus bananas plus bananas time number of lines. So 2+3+3X11 = 88 Unless (2+3)+(3X11)= 38 I think... I don't have that many fingers. |
its a trap!!
i now got 20 |
square inside
There's no square inside the pentagon (inside the hexagon). Hexagon = 6 sides, pentagon = 5 sides, square = 4 sides so that totals 15. Without a square, the total sides is 6+5 = 11.
Anyway, it's French math. |

You guys are sharp lol, I glanced at the symbols and missed the differences.
However, the three shapes up top and the double in the last line really means we are all just guessing there is not enough info there. It's a guess that the clock at three being three means the clock at two means two....there is not enough info to confidently answer without making assumptions as to the values. |
sure it's not 2+3+(3x11)=38 =? ? ;)

yea..i give up. |
15+15+15=45
4+4+15=23 4+3+3=10 ?+4+(4x15)=?? If the clock showing 2:00 in the last line represents the same value (3) as the two clocks above it both showing 3:00, then yes, the answer is 67. |
80
Bottom row: Clock is 2=2 Bananas are 3 each=6 2+6=8 polygon=10 (top row of polygons are 15 each, but bottom row polygon has only two figures, not three. So value of third row polygon is 10.) 8x10=80. EDIT: Forgot about the order of operations. My guess is incorrect. Should be 35. |
19 opps, didn't see that X at the last part.
should be 88. |

I got 19.
|
oh wait... 19 is wrong.
I didn't notice the multiple sign on the last line. |

The polygon has a value of 11 in the last row.

38 here.

2 + 3 + 3 x 11 = 38
|
(11x3)+2+3=38
They are extra screwing with everyone by not having a symbol stand for a number, but by having particular parts of a symbol add up to a number. When you had the geometric shapes at the top, there was a square, pentagon and hexagon for a total of 15 sides or 15 points, but in the bottom, you've only got 11. The bundles of bananas at the top have 4 bananas and equal 4, but in the last line, only 3 bananas in the bunch. And the clock is pointing at 3 vs 2. |

Ah, you're right, Steve!! Thanks! Yep, 38... |

15+15+15=45 4+4+15=23 4+3+3=10 2+3+(3x11)=38 |
LOL, the shapes in the last line are all different from the previous ones ... it is a trap! ;-)

Too many variables or too few equations unless you ignore the small differences within the symbols. |
88
|
38 if you follow order of operations: 3x11 + (2+3) = 33 + 5 = 38
|
38
