Yes me too same problem for the past few weeks. I have to refresh the page when editing. It also happens after posting, post or edit won't show up until I refresh the page. Also when I click edit I have to click it again to get to the advanced editor, the quick editor does not come up. Multiple computers, multiple locations I access PP from I am seeing the same thing. All using IE or Edge.
EDIT - It just happened when I posted this. LOL.
