How would they have an open house where they don't have a house?

I'm sure that it takes a fair amount of effort just to throw a party where they actually exist. The reason it's worth doing is because of the big Porsche week activities going on here every year in March, namely the Literature and Memorabilia show and open houses of most of the famous shops here in Southern California. It's good PR. Porsche people from all over the country and world descend on Los Angeles that week.

That said, I didn't make it to the Lit show or any open houses this year, I always mean to make it to at least the Lit show but every year there is something else going on that morning. Time is in short supply these days.

Now that you mention it, this "house" of theirs is not a true "house", nor is it open, other than a door or two. So I call fraud because we are literal people who think literally. Notice I did not write "speak literally" because this is a forum and if we were speaking, then no one would hear us.
