We discovered social media marketing about a year ago. Yes indeed, social media rocks!

You see Mercedes now using You Tube for marketing. I think that's much more effective. Michelin and Red Bull also use media content advertising. And for $20 I can get our message out on Facebook in front of 20K pairs of eyeballs.

Well, I got Bank of America to kill an illegitimate recurring charge ONLY by exposing their complicity on Twitter.

So I find social media extremely useful.
