Watch for Gilmour's harmony dudes. This is awesome.

I have been extremely lucky over the years as I saw Pink Floyd when they came to San Diego many years ago (1975 or 1976 I think as it was just before I stopped drinking, '78) as I remember that song and also comfortably numb too. Over the years I saw a few great groups and bands: Iron Butterfly in VA Beach, Led Zepplin in New Port News, Franky Valle and the 4 Seasons in VA, and Jimi Hendrix at a club named the Pink Pig (a warehouse) in San Francisco and even Rare Earth. Lots of those concerts were pretty hazy due to the partying we did!!!!

How many of you have heard Rob Dickinsons (singer vehicle design) rendition of wish you were here?

(The version with the harmonica from the cats and dogs CD?)

I could only find it on ITunes but you can hear a sample of it there
Search the band "Catherine wheel" wish you were here

Haunting!

Like that tune but prefer "On the turning away" or "Wish you were here"

Almost made me shed a tear or two, you forget how absolutely talented they are. I've seen PF twice back in the mid to late 80s, and have every one of thier albums.

Great tune, also love coming back to life. Division Bell.

Love PF from the time of my youth. Listening to them still gives me a high. Thanks for posting this.

Love those guys. Saw them in Anaheim stadium in the 70's, the Wall, and they about burned down the infield if that's possible. What a show! Thanks for posting that, just awesome.
