Classic Insurance.....again....
$1330 a year with Haggerty, $473 with Grundy. 7500 mile limit and $68K declared value. I'm waiting on State Farm to get back to me. They are my current company....
Is there anyone else and why the huge diff in premium?

I have my 32 Ford and my 64 VW Bus with Haggerty combined value at 100K fully insured with 7500 miles each.....$667 a year for both.

I just bought a Beck Spyder for $32K. Haggarty said $950 per year with 3000 miles per year. It seems like I could do better.

I think that where you live has a lot to do with the rate the companies can offer you.
Higher accident rates, higher level of thefts etc. all figure into their quotes. Cheers Richard |

I recently tried to insure with hagerty but was denied due to a reckless driving ticket from two years ago. "Lost control" of my 944 no other cars involved but I got cited. Nothing else on my license. Is this the norm if you don't have a perfect record. They were the cheapest with the best coverage. Do any of you guys have classic car insurance with a less than spotless record.
