Say no to to anything too EZ

Wood nymphs,
Small fairies sitting on mushrooms.

The trunk on the Accord is quite large, but the opening would force you to put the track in first and then all the weight overhanging. I don't think you would be able to get it far enough into the car to balance the weight.
A small utility trailer would do the job.

URY914 10-30-2017 11:58 AM

If you get it going fast enough it will fit.

VincentVega 10-30-2017 12:01 PM

Better chance of it fitting on the roof. I have a 2002 accord, big trunk, not that big.

There is a backrest sort of built-in on these...not sure how hard they are to get off.
If it was not in the way I am pretty sure most of it would slide in backward with the nose sticking up looking like a big yeller snapping turtle.

You better post a picture when you get it on the roof.

VincentVega 10-30-2017 12:38 PM

What does it weigh? I've put a ton of stuff on a roof rack. Balance it between the roof and trunk lid.... its your car, not mine :)

Shadetree930 10-30-2017 12:41 PM

No on trunk

No on roof

Yes on trailer or dually.

You do not want to be 400 miles from home when you find out you have a problem.

+1

That's a heavy sled. No way should it go in the trunk or on the roof. Take the truck. That's why you have a truck.

widgeon13 10-30-2017 02:52 PM

Not a chance!

stomachmonkey 10-30-2017 03:20 PM

This question makes no sense.

Why do you even have a truck then?

Dantilla 10-30-2017 04:19 PM

The truck would cruise effortlessly with only 400 lbs.
That would be a relaxing drive compared to an overloaded car.
A snowmobile in or on an Accord would need constant attention while on the highway

Before you do ANYTHING you simply must meet Larry Enticer. Send it!

Back when we were kids in the early 70s, my dad had a huge Mercury and my mom had an Artic Cat. I begged them for a Kitty Cat when we saw one at a home show. Do they still have home shows?

A buddy of mine back in the early 80s had a Mercury Sno-Twister, and his little sister had a Kitty Cat. He came from a family that all had sleds....his parents had Blizzard 9500s.

Is that a single axle sled trailer in the backround?

VincentVega 11-08-2017 07:23 AM

What fun is that?

Maybe try pulling the honda with the ski?

widgeon13 11-08-2017 01:39 PM

That guy is hilarious but he must not have a disc left in his spine. I compressed mine real good on the back of a snowmobile that went over a small jump back when I was a kid, swear it was the first of many injuries that sent me to the operating table decades later.

We’ve got this sign in the bar in Wisconsin: :D

But can it do this .....

petrolhead611 05-12-2018 02:06 AM

Maximum roof load on passenger cars varies from 50 to 75 Kg. Look in handbook.A 75 Kg snowmobile would be the lightest ever made!!

afterburn 549 05-13-2018 01:21 AM

My car does not use Kg so your formula will not work.(;
