New Age Garage Cabinets

does anyone have any experience with New Age cabinets? In reading the literature, it appears the drawer slides are good for 100 lb on the uppers and 200 on the bottom. Thinking that might be a bit weak. Any info is appreciated.

Pretty sure there are several resellers - selling this line of cabinets. Also they appear to be glue-board / press- board construction as are most garage cabinets. Depending on your needs and space. they are very small proportioned and don't hold much

You may want to check out OEM Tools / Storage cabinets. While a lot of their offerings are tool boxes, they have some interesting storage combinations at affordable prices

Seen them via Garage Rescue / Richard Rawlings tv show where he bails out / cleans up / invests in bankrupt repair joints. He 'equips' the newly renovated with these. They look very good for the intended use. Not too many tool storage companies providing a solution like this.

First I've heard of them, thanks. I saw a few on amazon and reviews are... well, I guess you never know until you see them yourself.

I have the Pro Series which is 18 gauge. One drawer I have is loaded with bolts and nuts. Not sure of the weight but the drawer is handling the weight fine.

I have 4 of the 18 ga Pro version cabinets and they are great. I will probably buy one or two more. Really happy with them; good quality.

Another option is Gladiator metal cabinets . If I remember correctly they are a division of Whirlpool . I had them in my previous man cave garage and took them with me to our retirement house . I am building a new man cave and these will go in it . They have grey diamond plate doors with like a darker hammered finish for the rest of the cabinets . I have mostly wall cabinets and two large upright storage cabinets and one base cabinet . I bought them at HD or Lowes can't remember which but Sears also sells them plus available online .

Make sure you check your local Craigslist for tool chests....there's always a variety of offerings. Sometimes they even include the tools inside.....
