Just finished season two Stranger Things

Wow what a great series! Captured the 80s vibe very well. Scary but not crazy gory, ok for my 13yo to watch....just well done.

Some amazing kid actors and really fun characters.

wiki says initial title was 'Montauk'.

just so many great characters. some of those kids may well go on to great things. very 'stand by me' and 'Goonies'. Sean Astin must've been feeling deja vu the entire time he filmed.

Really enjoy this genre. Super 8 was a similar vibe.

My wife doesn't like "sci fi" but she loved Stranger Things and so did I, great acting from the kids, the Sheriff and quite a come back for Winona!

Awesome! I guess I don't need to go watch the Goonies, then. This will do.

Yep, another very well done Netflix production. Really enjoyed it. So much better than the typical drama overloaded reality shows.

season 1 was fantastic, season 2 was still good but not quite up to the first IMHO

I binged and enjoyed over the holidays.

Agree with your assessment. Eleven was pulled out of the mainstream, critics say to develop Hopper's character.

The good looking street punk kid and his redhead step sister were and odd addition. Perhaps they will expand?

Loved how Steve Harrington became a righteous babysitter.

Mrs. Wheeler is an underutilized hottie. The hair-do is perfect for the 80's.

Yes! Great show. We binge watched it over the holidays also. Loved it. And my 20 year olds loved it, and my mother in law loved it. Basically a good hearted show for all ages!
