New Bike!

Just purchased a new belt-driven hybrid road bike.
It has a Shimano Alfina 8 speed internal hub with disc brakes.
No more chain lube!
Anxious for nice weather now. Anyone else using a belt-drive bike?

I used it today on my bike rollers. It's smooth and quiet. The one thing I really like is that it doesn't need to be pedaled to shift gears. Just push or pull the triggers to go to any gear as it is sitting.

It really cleans up the lines of the bike. I've been wanting to do this with an Ibis Tranny frame but they are so damn expensive. They have a removable rear triangle on a carbon frame

This one is a very inexpensive bike.
The process of changing the back tire or fixing a flat is super easy. Just remove the axle and the cable end for the hub shifter. That's it..the wheel drops right out.
