This Wed drove to Oil City, PA. 120 miles east of Akron, $2.89. Has to be some state taxes in that number.

Our gasoline tax is 58 cents per gallon now. I think it’s the highest in the US.

$3.00+ and rising here around Seattle, unless you go to Costco... Sam's Clubs closed, so forget that.

$152 for the monthly train ticket ...

I haven't pumped gas in a long time because I hardly drive. I had to fill up the 993 after taking it up into the canyons and was shocked - took an entire $50 and wasn't full ...

Gas prices...........

Here in lovely, balmy S. Georgia gas is about $2.29 per gallon as of 2-20-18. The "high price spread" (Shell, BP, etc.) runs about $2.35 per gallon. At one point it had gotten up to $2.49 per gallon.

Thought I'd update this thread. This is at the base of the Grapevine in Southern CA

stevej37 11-17-2021 11:09 AM

We're at $3 or a little under for regular.

cabmandone 11-17-2021 11:10 AM

Just saw 2.99 in Lima OH earlier today. But with turkey day coming up, that won't last long.

Sooner or later 11-17-2021 11:13 AM

A lot of places at $2.75 or lower in Lawton.

GH85Carrera 11-17-2021 11:13 AM

$2.90 for gasohol, $3.02 for 100% corn free gas.

Sooner or later 11-17-2021 11:14 AM

Crude prices tanking today.

Holy chit!!! I’m about to take the Sprinter on a road trip but have to give that plan a second thought. $10 a gal for diesel? Eff that.

pksystems 11-17-2021 11:20 AM

$6.16 here for regular

VINMAN 11-17-2021 11:37 AM

$3 .76 for diesel, $4.00 for premium here in Jerz...

.

stevej37 11-17-2021 11:40 AM

Why would diesel be $10/gal in Cali and $3.70/gal on the east side?
Are taxes that much different?

They aren't $10/gal in 99% of the state.

That picture is at the base of the Grapevine which has a couple gas stations and are the only ones in either direction for quite a ways. Those stations are known for being insanely high compared to most places.

Almost criminally high....talk about price gouging.

GothingNC 11-17-2021 11:54 AM

By me

Reg 3.29
Mid 3.39
Prem 3.69

Diesel 3.49

gregpark 11-17-2021 11:59 AM

Well, that station is the last gas available before going over the grapevine pass so they're gouging. There's a tiny unaffiliated station up by Mendocino that gouges about the same too. In NorCal we're paying close to $5 for regular everywhere else. Taxes you know, Fed, State, County, City, Clean air taxes

svandamme 11-17-2021 12:12 PM

close to 1.8 Euro per liter here.
