OK boys. Its time to make your predictions. Mine is slightly biased on hope but I do think that a Bruins/Preds final is doable.

As a loyal Caps fan, I predict...more bitter disappointment this year.

But I have learned to cope and have now defined success as: any team except the tuxedo birds . So there's still a chance :D

The Preds are the consensus pick for the west although "Winterpeg" has the potential to spoil their party & bring Lord Stanley's mug north of the 49th.
The Hosers c/w "beards" will put an end to the Vegas dream season - IF - Jumbo Joe is healthy enough to be a factor.
After that series, whomever triumphs will be outta gas.

The Broons may stymie the Pens '3-peat' aspirations but should the Caps prevail in their series - this could be the year Ovie finally breaks through
although T.J. Oshie has to rediscover his game for this to have any chance of happening.

So... Betting with my head - Preds vs Broons - Preds in 6

Or with my heart - Winterpeg vs Pens (my dark horse favourites) - Jets in 7

Wow, 5-0 at the end of the second with Philly getting crushed. I may have been too generous to think they would win one game. I shut it off at 3-0 and just checked to see I was right to do something else. I don't care for blowouts (even when my team is winning).
As always, if you don't have a strong goalie you are not going far in playoffs.

I don't know why but I haven't been able to upload pics here for awhile now. I'll need to post my cup picks in text.

NJ over Tampa in 6 (I know but gotta go with my boys)
Boston over Toronto in 5
Washington over Columbus in 5

I think the final will be Boston v Pittsburg and Boston takes the Cup.

Well we've had some interesting games.
-Cindy and the guys get a 7-0 start.
-Doughty gets to sit out one game for a hit to Carrier.
-It looks like Kadri may get a call in the morning for the Wingels hit.
-Columbus takes game one over the Caps (is it the Ovi Curse?)
