WiFi password drove me crazy last night!!!
I decided to get the Blink camera system from my last post.
Everything was great until I had to enter my password. I must have entered it 50 times with out connecting. I texted my son, who said try a space before or after the password. It worked. That was frustrating! How in the hell are you supposed to know to add a space when entering it? PS: the system works great. |
It's a secret handshake thing. Usually known only to young people. I text my son for tech help and get an answer in 2 minutes.

This might find the lost password for you: https://www.magicaljellybean.com/keyfinder/
Copy paste easy. I hope. |
Did you son setup the WiFi?
It's not a good idea to use a password that includes a non printable character. But it often happens accidentally when people are storing passwords in a text file. |

what that means to me is that the password is configured "wrong" and needs to be fixed. |
I never put spaces in my passwords... And mine has 16 characters at least, with a numeric string and non-alphabet characters somewhere.
Change your password. myS#cretW1F1P@ss0429 |
I set up the wifi. Who knows, but he may have added the space at the end of the router password when he was here last summer.
I was miffed when I couldn't get the camera going. |
