Help: finishing back panel replacement, what's process/materials needed?

Hey PP experts,

I'm wrapping up some back panel replacement and welding and need help for the next steps. I have POR15, seam sealer, spray primer, undercoating rockguard. It does need a good powder washing and degreasing which i've planned to do soon.

What is the process and best way to apply these in what order?

I've done a little cleaning to remove surface rust on the torsion tube and what needs applied there?

See pictures below for idea of what i got. Please help with any constructive criticism as i'm a rookie to most of this body work but gaining confidence thanks to this forum!

Thanks in advance,
James

Use a good 2 part epoxy primer like the RM line, then go over it with chipguard and whatever topcoat you would like. Don't use for 15 thats for your lawn furniture.
