Is 1972 Geen Metallic SS or BC/CC?
Hi All,
My '72 911T has the following on the door jamb paint tag:Green Metallic (224 9-3). I read that in 1972 Porsche was still using SS. Is that true for metallics as well? Just wondering which way to go when it's time to have it repainted. Thanks! Last edited by dennisO; 12-13-2025 at 04:00 AM.. |

The early 911 metallics were two stage.
