Doing the suspension pan, need help!

Getting ready to start the front pan on my 75S, should i leave the tires on the car and put all fours on ramps, or take front tires off and put up on jack stands. And how high should i put the car up for ease of working?

as high as the stands go . wheels off you will want to drop the bolts out from the suspension and let it hang .
