how to fasten sockets in f/g bumper?

I just had my car painted and added a front and rear TRE irocish style bumpers. i bought 2 sockets for 1157 bulbs. what is the best way to install these sockets? they are plastic and apprx 1" diameter.
i will have to core a hole, but do i epoxy it to the bumper or glass it in? or silicone?

looking forward for advice on this. i am going to have a hard time cutting a hole in a brand new bumper...wanna make it right the 1st time.

just to clarify, its for the front turn signal/running light.

thanks,
Kevin

sockets

i will post this evening. is there a preferred socket for this application?
i just found one of several at pep boys, but if there is one that is used specifically for this application let me know.

thanks...pic to follow

Because normally IROC bumpers are made for stock flasher units

TRE front bumper

TRE's front bumper has the running light "bucket" molded into the f/g. i actually think the picture profighter posted of the bumper would be an easier install. but i must admit i am a rookie.
so in go the light sockets with some gauze and resin, nobody will see the back of the bumper, so im in luck.
thanks,
kevin

I drilled holes in the recessed part of my TRE bumper in a location comparable to where the stock bulbs would have been in the stock lights. Then I painted the recessed area with a chrome silver paint from Autozone. Finally I epoxied the sockets into the holes, and attached the stock lenses in place with long screws through the fiberglass using nuts from behind.
