Installing a ducktail
 

Been thinking of installing a ducktail.
I am not too good with body work so my question is how much sanding, and setup is typical with getting a deck lid to look good.

i have installed some that will bolt right on and then others fit like dog dodo ! it does not matter on the maker of the tail some fit some don't .
i installed one that took 30 plus hours to make it fit right and a deferent customer got me the same one (make) a year or two later and it fit great right out of the box !
it's just how they are !

Right now I do have A/C in the car. After my 400+ road trip last weekend I am having second thoughts on removing it.
Will the condenser bolt up to the bottom?
If not then back to A/C removal too.
