Please help the Early 911S Registry fill their reserved room quota by using the Marriott's German Autofest deal rate:
The Early 911S Registry has a few rooms left to meet their quota at the Marriott. The deadline has been extended to the end of the day, Friday, Aug. 29. If you know of anyone who would be interested in a room, please pass this on to them. The information on the hotel reservation for the Marriott on Fri and Sat, September 12 and 13, is here: http://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/oxrvb?groupCode=esresra&app=resvlink&fromDate=9/12/08&toDate=9/14/08 The link will take you to the Marriott website registration form. The rate is $135.00 for a single or double room, the standard rate is $195.00. Any Early 911S Registry members planning to attend the reception must RSVP to johndilger@aol.com with their membership number and the number of people attending, so that we have a count and can order enough food. The reception will be in the front parking lot of the Marriott in the reserved parking area for the Early 911S Registry and R Gruppe member's cars. We will have free hors d'oeuvers and a cash bar for members of the Early 911S Registry and R-Gruppe and we welcome guests, but will have to charge each guest $10.00 to help cover the cost of the food. If you are attending the German Auto Fest on Sat., please come by The Early 911S Registry Booth (Same locations as last year) and pick up your pass for the reception. Please email me with any questions or call me at 714-235-4981. John Dilger Early 911S Registry Additionally, you can contact me at maxsluiter@earthlink.net with other questions. __________________
