356 Motor Value

I bought a Meyers style dune buggy on a 65 bug chassis last summer that appears to have 365 motor in it. Number on the block is 729/1-267. One site I found indicates that this is a 1950-1951 356 motor.
I am building a new type 1 motor for the buggy in full chrome and powder coat. It seems a shame not to use the 356 motor in a porsche.

So I am wondering what to ask for the 356 motor. There seems to be very few advertised to use for comparison.
This motor runs good. Good power. No oil burn or leaks. But far from perfect condition.

Anyone have any idea of the range motors like these go for and the best places to advertise? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks for any information you can provide.
Joe

356 motor

Joe it doesn't look like an early motor. I looks like an industrial motor. Is there a # on the block under the generator stand? I can't tell form the picture but is it a two piece or three piece case?
