distributor ID

Cleaning out the garage i found three old Bosch distributors and need some help identifying them please. All have the same body length.
ES4L2, VJS4L2 and VES4L2. The middle one has screw on wire caps so i am guessing it may be Carrera and the cap screws on, but the other two i am not sure.
