Green wire from fuel level sender

'63 B-- Can someone tell me where the green wire from the fuel sending unit attaches to the combination oil temp and fuel level guage. When chasing down the reason behind the fuel guage not registering I found the green wire was broken and detached from the back side of the guage with no apparent place to reattach. I'd appreciate any advice, thanks.
