Can somebody tell me if this is 356 and what years if so?I can't find very much info on it myself.

to fit a 356 behind the hinge area you have to grind a little on the hinge area. its for a 9/11 9/12... bob

911/930s power antenna. 356s were all manual.

In addition, on my C coupe the antenna (factory installed even though car came w/o radio or speakers) has a lock on it to keep it locked in the down position...

356 did have optional power Antennas from the factory

My 1959 built 1960 356B had a factory installed WISI Diplomat electric antenna(see COA below). I have also seen later 356's with factory Hirschman antennas that looked a little like the one shown in this thread, but the drive was separate.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1461082760.jpg

A handcrank antenna was also an option on 356 Cars.
