Help me understand Fuch markings and if my rim is repairable?

My car orig came with 6s and 7s, but the PO put the 7s on the front and bought non Org Fuchs 8s on the back as he liked the stance.

He gave me a long list of parts with my car and included were the 2 orig front fuchs.

One has a little curb rash. It looks like it’s still round but wondering if this can be fixed.

Also, what the preferred method of cleaning these and removing break dust?

Last but not least, I’m trying to understand all the markings. Wheels are not my specialty.
