Broke down
A friend is loosing spark in the middle of no where on a 3.0
He changed the CD box and things are the same. Going to a FLAPS store what coil is compatable with the bosch CD to replace the Bosch coil. TIA BRUCE |

Most GM or other HEI coils should work to get him home.
MSD Blaster II if they have one.

Green signal wire from distributor to CDI is likely culprit. If its brown and brittle it likely has internal wire cracks. A CDI or coil will not fix the problem.

MSD High Vibration Blaster II is a direct replacement, but the failure mode doesn't sound like Coil.
Assuming when you say "losing spark" you mean it is intermittent. |
