911SC Passenger Fender Removal
 
Are there any hidden bolts/nuts on the lower side of the fender? The entire fender looks like it's ready to come off except for the bottom where the fender meets the door.

You should remove the rubber trim from the rocker panel and the rocker panel before attempting to remove fender. Also the rubber should be one continuous piece. In your photo it looks like it has been cut.

It was already off in that picture, that was the line from it being behind. It appears someone tacked the two together at some point. Ground the tacks down and it came right off.
