Anti back feed ignition lamp diode
So folks
My anti alternator back feed diode on my ignition lamp has gone open circuit and the part number 911 617 108 00 appears no longer available.... I am in the UK . Anyhow I assume it's an ordinary diode wrapped up and priced to suit Porsche! Does anyone know what t he ratings of it are ? I.e. Current and voltage wise? Has anyone replaced this with an alternative? Thanks |

Diode.

^^^^^ Most diodes are rated in Peak Inverse Voltage (PIV). Have a look at theses specs. Cheers, Gerry
