While you're in there.... (ver. 69 911E)

Im finally tearing into my 1969 911E which has been steadily dripping oil for the entirety of my 10 year ownership.
I tackled what I could with the engine in the car a few years ago, two clearly leaky oil drainback tubes on the pass side which helped a lot but not as much as I was hoping.

Anxious to make use of my new lift I put it to work and dropped the engine and trans out of my car this morning.
I have parts on order from our host to address the triangle of death, front and rear mains, and oil cooler seals
Attached are photos as is. I have refrained from cleaning and major disassembly so we can investigate further. Please have a look and request further photos as needed.
Major drips were off the back of the engine case/trans case and the front below the crank pulley. Any preventative maintenance for the MFI?

Oil on the bumper side of the oil tank. This seems strange.

Top of the block looks wet, bell housing has been wet. Ill pull the flywheel this evening and take a look at the rear main.

I cleaned this area before I decided to pull the powertrain. I put maybe 20 miles on it since cleaning

Is that a "diaper" for lack of a better term stuck to the tank?
