Chris,

Sorry that happened man. Definitely a good idea to strip the inside and take care of the rust. The bitumen was probably not necessary to pull up, but on the bright side, you saved a solid 10lbs of weight.

Keep producing your youtube content. As a fellow youtuber I realize that it takes way more time and effort to produce quality content than I think most people think. There are quite a few really high end automotive channels that have teams of editors, sound guys, expensive cameras etc and they've spoiled us on "free" youtube content. So sometimes when you see home grown channels like mine, the expectations are for slick content, but the reality is we are learning as we go. For the lone content creator it's an uphill battle to compete for eyeballs and to get better at the craft while balancing life, job, kids etc that some of the professionals don't have to contend with. I don't know how many takes have been interrupted by my 5 year old. DAAAAAD! ::facepalm:: Those moments make it super challenging.

Cheers and good luck to your build. Sub'd.

Leaving the car without windows in the rain will over the years rust out the floor boards, making a mental note....
