Stripes

Black or white stripes would look good

Do you stop at the hood or continue the stripes on the roof line and rear,

I dont know why you would think its a good idea to cover up a tiny scratch that you cant see from from 5' away with a big black sticker that you can clearly read from 50'

Rather than post a picture, I suggest a Google search on "corvette grand sport stripes" as that would give you more suggestions than any one photo.

Notably, these typically extend from the wheel well (near the top) across the fender and a small distance on to the hood. Something like an abbreviated version of 1969-70 Boss 302 (with shaker scoop) stripes.

I have done this with a magnetic stipe from Magnagrafik.

It’s your car. Do what you like.

Try not to see the trash cans.

Monte carlo rally decal

So i think i settled on the Monte Carlo Rallye decal
Similar to the one below, just smaller version

The hunt begins. 1980 Rallye (year of my SC) would be ideal.
Albeit, 911SC’s best result that year was only 9th place

Tacky.......something like this gives the old car character.
Small scratch that IMO you only draw attention to with a decal.

As said earlier, from 5 ft away you can't even see it.

Drive the wheels off it!

I'd leave it as is. It's a badge of honor.

I think its a badge of stupidity, looking at the paint crack, its from the inside. I think i closed the hood on a bag or some luggage and it pocked the hood from the inside and cracked it

Having said that, the blemish is in a very obvious area. The rest of the hood is perfect, in fact the car looks good with many chips but in areas that dont really catch your eye
