Nogaro Blue, it’s an Audi color in case you’re curious.

Motion Control Suspension, new roll bar, 3.4 twin plug high compression motor.
I’ve had most of it since 1991. I changed (actually my friends changed) the body in 2006 from a 1986 to a 1980 tub.

OK........1977, was taking care of neighbors cats while he went to Europe, he had a brand new 911s Targa just sitting in his garage. Yes, I drove it like I stole it!

My Dad bought it from him in '82, I got it from my dad in '99. The rest is history........still love this car.

2002 996 C4S was ordered and enjoyed for a year. My sister still owns the car with 46,000 on the clock. 2004 I stepped up to a Turbo S Cab. I enjoyed it for a couple years. As I have gotten older I have moved toward older classics I remember in my youth. 2017 I located this 88 Cab and modified it to my liking. Two years and countless hours later.

My first Porsche. 1988 M491. I just couldn't pass on this car. Same owner since 1989, and he only put 8K miles on it before parking it for the last time around 2004. He is an older local gentleman, that I have known my entire life. As a teen, I remember when he bought the car. I didnt realize he still had it, until a friend mentioned to me that he was selling off some things, after his wife passed away.

I have been going through everything to get it back on the road. I have learned a lot about the 911 over the last several weeks!

After a bath:

Daddy's girl, handing him tools in the garage...we got it as a shell surrounded by bags and boxes of parts at an auction when I was 19 or so back in the early 80's. He cosigned the loan with me. I worked 3 jobs to pay for it's restoration. 3 years later on the road as a zippy Sportmatic. So fun!

Today, after a second restoration, an engine swap and a dash delete, I still have it.

Hello from Europe/Poland.
My first Porsche (MY84 Carrera 3.2 RoW), bought her in 2015. Last year stripped to pieces, have bodywork done. A lot to do and modify. Photo when she was still on road (my GF driving).

@Anders. Nice! I bought my 911 at 15 as well (summer of 2004). I'm 32 now and have owned my 911 for 17 years. We've seen a lot & been through a lot together. The journey is just beginning, my friend!

Here is my first and only 911 a couple of weeks ago on Decker Canyon in Malibu:
