71 targa w/ 37k miles- out of advice

Yesterday I saw a 71 targa with 37,000 miles that had just
come out of storage in California and got shipped back to the
Heirs here in Wichita, Ks. The new owner has approached me to
possibly come up with a value for this car. Its orange with
black leather, no rust, new tires, smokes (it has only been runing
two days and has no long trips yet) but seems to run smothly.
